• Ability to obtain a national certification in HFMA CRCR & / or NAHAM CHAA within one (1) year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates workflow and department processes to ensure efficient operations and patient flow.
• Leads a small team; mentors staff and contributes to education for new employees.
• Partners with leadership to implement policies, performance improvement initiatives and service standards.
