PA leads high-volume, high-quality work, ensures accreditation readiness (CAP, TJC), and mentors pathology residents and medical students while collaborating across histology and clinical teams. The position requires a Master’s in Biologic Sciences, NAACLS PA program graduate, and ASCP certification, with 3–5 years of experience

• Oversee specimen receipt, gross room, autopsy, and biobanking operations
• Provide leadership in implementing change and managing stress
• Prepare and dissect surgical biopsies and complex specimens
• Supervise technical staff in specimen receiving, gross room, autopsy, and biobanking
• Serve as resource for technical questions and training of students/residents

Formazione

Master's Degree in Biologic Sciences

Graduate of NAACLS approved Pathologists' Assistant Program
