Job summary
PathAI, a leader in AI-powered pathology, seeks a US-board certified Senior Pathologist to join our Pathology team. Based in Boston, NYC, or remotely, you will drive biomarker assessment and digital pathology initiatives within Biopharma programs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and guiding study readers and validators.

Qualifications
- MD/DO with US Board Certification in Anatomic Pathology and active license in the US.
- Residency training in anatomic pathology with expertise in surgical pathology and histopathology.
- Experience in digital pathology is required.
- Expertise in immunohistochemistry and biomarker assessment (e.g., Her2, PD-L1).
- Background in translational research, immuno-oncology, and biomarker development.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Pathology colleagues, Lab Ops, Clin Ops, Biopharma teams, PMs, and ML scientists to ensure high-quality Pathology support.
- Lead Biopharma projects, develop scoring approaches, and select study readers or KOL Pathologists.
- Provide training and participate in manual and digital scoring of pathology cases across indications.
- Represent PathAI on calls with Biopharma customers and at meetings and congresses as needed.
- Ensure data quality and compliance across projects and programs.
- Contribute to publications.
