Job summary
NeoGenomics Laboratories seeks a Clinical Director of Digital Pathology to lead clinical strategy, adoption, and utilization of digital pathology and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with the Enterprise Head of Digital Pathology and cross-functional teams to support innovation, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence, while also serving as staff pathologist for diagnostic interpretation.

Qualifications
- MD/DO with board certification in Anatomic Pathology.
- Active medical license in CA or FL.
- 3+ years in digital and computational pathology.
- Experience with whole-slide imaging and image analysis.
- Fellowship in pathology informatics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership for digital pathology initiatives.
- Serve as medical expert for AI-enabled diagnostic tools.
- Partner to align clinical priorities with enterprise strategy.
- Support validation and deployment of digital pathology tech.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across sites.
- Collaborate with IT, R&D, QA and other teams.
