Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifying research that may be subject to filing of patent applications.
• Participate in patent application preparation and prosecution world-wide.
• Analyze patents and prepare infringement and validity opinions.
• Conduct educational client seminars and courses on intellectual property.
• Work on developing strategy for R&D and Product groups on patent development.
