Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file Information Disclosure Statements (IDS).
• Manage Notice of Allowance (NOA) workflows and client reporting.
• Support patent proofing processes to ensure filing accuracy.
• Monitor docket deadlines and proactively manage workflow.
• Maintain organized electronic files per firm procedures.
• Prepare client correspondence related to filings and portfolio updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys, agents, and team members to ensure high-quality service.
