Qualifications

• 3+ years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience preparing and filing Information Disclosure Statements (IDS).
• Experience with electronic filing systems and document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support patent prosecution by preparing, reviewing, and filing IDS.
• Manage NOA workflows, client reporting, checklists, and audit resolution.
• Monitor docket deadlines and track application status using USPTO tools.
