You will prepare and file U.S. and PCT patent applications while managing both foreign and domestic patent timelines. Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on patent prosecution paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international patent prosecution rules and procedures.
• Ability to manage a high-volume docket with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and file U.S. patent applications and related USPTO correspondence.
• Coordinate with foreign associates on PCT and national stage filings.
• Monitor and manage patent deadlines and attorney dockets.
