Qualifications

• 7+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience in the electrical arts.
• Juris Doctor or equivalent in Law.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Physics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications.
• Review IP and technology-related agreements and licenses.
• Provide patentability, freedom to operate, and due diligence assessments.
