Qualifications

• 7+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience in electrical arts.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task efficiently, and think independently.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications in electrical engineering, computer science, and software-implemented business methods.
• Draft and review IP agreements and licenses.
• Provide patentability, freedom to operate, and due diligence assessments.
