BCG Attorney Search seeks a highly motivated Patent Attorney in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to draft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications in electrical engineering, computer science, and software-implemented business methods. The role requires 7+ years of experience and a Minnesota law license.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical arts.
• Excellent research, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• U.S. Patent & Trademark Office registration.
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications.
• Draft and review intellectual property and technology-related agreements and licenses.
• Provide patentability, freedom to operate, and due diligence assessments.
