• Troubleshoot and resolve patch installation failures and system compatibility issues.
• Write PowerShell and Shell scripts to automate patch delivery, validation, and compliance tracking.
• Work with security, cloud, and application teams to coordinate patching during approved maintenance windows.
• Generate compliance reports to prove systems are updated and secure.
