Job summary

Terrestrial Bio, Inc. seeks a Principal Scientist / Associate Director to lead PAT for the MAP program. You will own the PAT vision across manufacturing, develop in-line analytics, and drive RTRT readiness.

This role combines deep technical leadership with program strategy, partnering with Manufacturing, Process Development, and Formulation to align PAT with critical quality attributes and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Lead PAT strategy across MAP program from development to manufacturing.
• Develop and validate PAT methods including chemometric models.
• Drive RTRT readiness and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Own PAT roadmap and vendor selection.
• Integrate PAT tools with SPC frameworks.
• Build PAT data infrastructure and RTRT transition.
• Mentor and grow PAT team.
