Job summary

Terrestrial Bio, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to advance the maker of microarray patches (MAP) for intradermal delivery. You will design, execute, and analyze development experiments, improving unit operations and supporting scale-up with new equipment and workflows.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals, plus data analysis and strong communication. This onsite role requires collaboration across automation, operations, and quality teams to deliver

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline; 0–2 years for Engineer I and 3+ years for Engineer II.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment or process development preferred.
• Hands-on in designing, executing, and analyzing process development experiments, with strong data analysis and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cleanroom or biomedical laboratory environments.

Responsibilities

• Characterize and improve manufacturing process unit operations by designing, executing, and analyzing process development experiments; communicate results via reports and presentations.
• Support manufacturing scale-up through hands-on assessment of new equipment, workflows, analytical techniques/PAT, and process configurations.
• Draft, revise, and review cGMP documentation (SOPs, batch records, process development histories) within Terrestrial’s Quality Management System.
• Develop and implement new or improved processes and controls to increase quality and throughput.
• Design tools, fixtures, and machines for Terrestrial’s products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing activities.
