Qualifications

• 7+ years high product scratch bakery experience in an upscale/casual restaurant environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce dessert and bakery products per recipes without supervision.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work environment daily.
• Lead Pastry Cook and interns in daily tasks for department success.
• Prepare mise en place for required number of covers.
• Manage prep inventories and par levels.
• Demonstrate leadership within your work group and station partners.
