The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Pastry Cook to safely and efficiently prepare high-volume pastry orders in a professional kitchen. The role requires following established pastry recipes while adhering to food safety regulations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will work quickly with a friendly, can-do attitude and show familiarity with pastry preparation, HACCP standards, and safe equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry production and following established recipes.
• Familiarity with a la carte pastry preparation and handling of equipment.
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Capable of working well in a team with a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Follow recipe guidelines to prepare pastry orders quickly and consistently.
