Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company in Hershey, PA, is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our luxury bakery team at The Hotel Hershey. Produce desserts and pastries to exacting standards, supervise junior staff, and maintain high sanitation and quality across all stations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years high product scratch bakery experience in upscale/casual restaurant environment.
• Degree or Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts; 2 years related work experience may substitute for education.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce dessert and bakery products following recipes and chef directions.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work environment and station daily.
• Lead and train Pastry Cook 3, Pastry Interns, and Part-Time Pastry Cooks.
• Write personal prep lists with regard to food and labor costs.
• Manage stations and pastry shop needs in absence of Executive/Assistant Pastry Chef.
