Responsibilities

• Produce dessert and bakery items following recipes or chef directions.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work environment daily.
• Maintain personal hygiene standards and uniform guidelines.
• Prepare mise en place for required covers and assist pastry team as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, staff, and customers.
