Job summary

Redeemer Presbyterian Church seeks a pastor to serve as spiritual leader, primary preacher, and shepherd of the congregation. The pastor will lead worship, oversee sacraments, and guide governance in alignment with EPC standards.

The role includes teaching, discipleship, community outreach, and collaboration with the Session on vision and mission, while caring for members, inquirers, and the homebound.

Qualifications

• Ordained (or ordainable) Teaching Elder in the EPC
• Demonstrated commitment to Reformed theology and EPC essentials
• Strong preaching, teaching, and leadership abilities
• Proven capacity for pastoral care and relational ministry
• Ability to work collaboratively with elders and ministry leaders

Responsibilities

• Worship Leadership & Sacramental Ministry: Lead and preach at weekly Sunday worship services; Officiate the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper regularly; Officiate weddings and funerals as appropriate
