Job summary

Redemption City Church in Philadelphia seeks a Lead Pastor to serve as the church’s primary elder, providing spiritual leadership through preaching, teaching, and pastoral care. Responsibilities

Provide pastoral care through discipleship, prayer, teaching, counseling, and crisis visitation.
Provide executive oversight of ministries, operations, and staff.
Lead strategic planning, staff and elder meetings, and ministry evaluation processes.
Develop and steward the church budget faithfully with elders, deacons, and staff.
Oversee the deacon team and report needs to the eldership.
Plan expositional and gospel-centered sermons; serve as primary preacher and teacher.
