The Senior Pastor will help us fulfill our mission: Love People, Impact our Community and Make Disciples. He will teach, lead, & serve our church under the direction of the Holy Spirit, working with church leadership and staff to develop, communicate and equip the church to implement a vision for gospel growth within our fellowship, and gospel outreach to our community and the world.

The Pastor will lead worship services and be involved with leadership and administration, personal and congregational spiritual growth, outreach, and pastoral care.

Requirements

We prefer a pastor with 5-10 years of experience, although we would certainly consider a recent seminary graduate with the qualities that would meet our congregation’s needs.

2. Gives inspiring and challenging sermons
3. Is a seminary/Bible college graduate
4. Is ordained or prepared to seek ordained ministerial credentials
