Job description

First Baptist Church of Salem, Missouri, a growing church dedicated to serving others
through local and international missions, is seeking a full-time Pastor to guide us in
fulfilling our mission as a New Testament Church. We are looking for a pastor who
understands his divine responsibility to provide both spiritual and administrative
leadership, utilizing his gifts in preaching and pastoral care to meet the needs of our
congregation and community.

Our ideal candidate will be eager to shepherd a Bible-believing, mission-minded, and
family-oriented church with deep roots in the community. Our church family is known for
its caring nature and its commitment to spreading the gospel through active TV, radio,
and internet ministries. Additionally, we have a vibrant children’s outreach program and
a dynamic music ministry that engages all age groups.

We seek a Pastor who is passionate about God, dedicated to the study and teaching of
His Word, and genuinely loves people. He should be a man of integrity, humility and a
clear position of transparency. He must be willing to preach the word of God from the
