Qualifications

• B.S. in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of thermal engineering experience.
• Expertise in thermal design fundamentals.
• Experience building and testing thermal hardware.
• Understanding of aerospace hardware verification and validation processes.
• Experience managing hardware EBOMs, drawings, and manufacturing artifacts.
• Cross-functional collaboration with materials, manufacturing, and design teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop passive thermal assemblies from concept to flight operations.
• Support development of passive thermal components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to mature module designs.
• Coordinate with thermal analysis to ensure performance.
• Produce specifications, test plans, and test reports.
• Lead decisions on make-or-buy for thermal components.
