Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Parts Warehouse Specialist to manage the accurate movement of goods, inventory records, and timely invoicing. You will handle receiving, stocking, SAP transactions, and coordination with suppliers to meet branch goals.

Key tasks include cycle counting, packing for domestic and international shipments, and maintaining strong internal/external customer relationships. A high school diploma and 5+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in oil and gas with ERP systems (prefer SAP).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 70 lbs., and operate light warehouse equipment.
• Must obtain and maintain forklift certification and operate lift trucks.
• Strong invoicing/billing knowledge and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides accurate and timely invoicing/billing to customers.
• Enters all required materials and services on all order types.
• Maintains inventory accuracy by issuing inventory to all order types in a timely manner.
• Sorts and places materials according to part-number sequence and marks items.
• Fills requisitions and distributes items accordingly.
• Uses SAP to enter records and manages SAP transactions.
• Prepares products for shipping domestically and internationally.
• Determines best shipping methods and handles freight claims.
• Participates in cycle counting and inventory processes.
• Sources and purchases required parts/services for projects as directed.
• Manages variance reports and root-cause analysis.
• Reviews shipping/receiving transactions and BOMs in SAP.
• Resolves problems and suggests policy/procedure changes.
• Oversees physical counts with other departments.
• Operates lift trucks and general equipment.
• Complies with Enerflex policies and lifts/loads materials safely.
