Stokes Honda North is seeking a motivated Parts Manager to lead the dealership’s parts department. You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and coordinate closely with the service team to ensure technicians have parts to complete repairs efficiently.

You will lead, train, and develop staff, maintain pricing accuracy, and build strong vendor relationships while delivering exceptional service to retail and wholesale customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts department experience, preferably franchised.
• Strong leadership and training skills with ability to manage a team.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and inventory software.
• Ability to read parts catalogs, manage pricing and gross margins.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department.
• Manage inventory levels: ordering, receiving, stocking, and records.
• Monitor turnover, obsolescence, and special-order parts for profitability.
• Coordinate with service to ensure technicians have needed parts.
• Assist retail/wholesale customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Establish and maintain vendor/manufacturer relationships.
• Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, returns, and warranty parts handling.
• Monitor performance, sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Lead, train, and develop parts department staff.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe parts area.
• Ensure compliance with dealer policies and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support dealership goals.
