Stokes Automotive Inc. is seeking a driven Parts Manager to lead our dealership parts department in Charleston, SC. You will optimize inventory, coordinate with service, and deliver exceptional customer service to technicians and customers alike.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with DMS/inventory systems, including Tekion. This role offers opportunities for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts dept experience, preferably franchised.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of parts inventory, pricing, and distribution.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and inventory software; Tekion a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, receiving, stocking, and records.
• Monitor turnover, obsolescence, and special orders to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with service to ensure technicians have parts for repairs.
• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases.
• Lead, train, and develop parts staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety.
