Hertz is seeking a Manager, Parts Inventory, Order Management and Analytics in Atlanta, GA to drive recycled automotive part inventory and optimize sales through precise control and pricing strategies.

The role partners with operations, finance, supply chain, and procurement to audit data, maintain master data standards, and deliver actionable insights for pricing and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum five years in inventory control or automotive parts operations.
• Experience with automotive recycling, dismantling, and salvage yard operations.
• Proficiency in inventory valuation and pricing strategies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory across multiple locations using tracking systems.
• Perform routine audits and cycle counts; resolve discrepancies and reduce loss.
• Support and maintain master data standards; fix data quality issues as identified.
• Oversee part harvesting, grading, and processing to maximize usability and sales.
• Analyze sales trends and demand to help set competitive pricing.
• Ensure inventory listings are accurate and visible across all sales channels.
• Track and report on inventory value, sales performance, and usage.
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with teams across operations, finance, supply chain, and procurement.
• Set targets, build reports, and manage project execution.
