Job summary

Asbury Plaza Motors, part of Asbury Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Parts Manager in the Atlanta area. You will oversee the parts department budget, inventory, pricing, and供应 chain to support service, body shop, and wholesale operations.

A focus on customer service, accuracy, and timely parts fulfillment is essential. Qualified candidates have at least 3 years in automotive parts roles and prior parts management experience, with proficiency in CDK or Reynolds systems preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Automotive Parts Employee.
• Previous Automotive Parts Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual operating budget for the parts department.
• Maintain balanced inventory for service, body shop, wholesale and DIY segments.
• Set pricing parameters to maintain gross profit and customer loyalty.
• Establish parts inventory levels and balance for maximum turnover.
• Monitor Days’ Supply and adjust inventory to limit obsolescence.
• Direct shipping/receiving to ensure timely processing.
• Oversee parts inventory and track expenses.
• Collaborate with service manager for timely parts for internal jobs.
• Uphold Asbury’s values of quality and integrity.
• Deliver strong customer service and maintain organization.
