Job summary

Profile Powersports in New Hampshire is expanding its parts department and seeks an experienced parts counter associate. The role involves over-the-counter parts sales, some shipping and receiving, and helping with inventory control while assisting customers in person, online, and by phone.

You will greet customers, share knowledge of parts and accessories, and help maintain an organized showroom. Strong customer service, basic data entry, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required; weekend

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Knowledge of web-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Research and sell all parts and accessories; provide in-store customer service, promote inventory, and stock duties.
• Greet customers courteously and share knowledge of parts and accessories merchandise.
• Assist multiple customers at once while maintaining superior customer satisfaction.
• Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
• Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain stocking of shelves and showroom appearance; assist technicians with parts.
• Sell parts via website and other web-based platforms.
