Job summary

Google seeks a Senior Program Manager for Partnerships in the Google Global Infrastructure group. The role spans Austin, TX and other key locations, coordinating multi-stakeholder efforts across engineering, policy, energy, and legal to drive data center strategy and external partnerships.

You will define requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and ensure timely progress across offices and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 8 years of program or project management experience.
• 8 years in partnerships, market development, public policy, or government affairs, with a focus on infrastructure, water, sustainability, or technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program lifecycle to support data center development strategy.
• Establish governance and onboarding processes for external partners; build C-level relationships.
• Bridge external partners with internal teams (Engineering, Public Policy, Energy, Legal) and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare executive briefs, talking points, and strategy decks for leadership engagements.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; conduct QBRs and report progress to executives and partners.
