Riot Games in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Manager, Partnership Management to shape and execute the long‑term partnership vision for Riot’s Global & Americas partnerships. You will lead a team responsible for managing relationships established through Riot’s Business Development efforts across Global and Americas partners.

You’ll guide cross‑functional teams, drive renewal strategy, and oversee performance analyses, with a focus on delivering value to players and partners.

• 10-12+ years in Partnership Management or related fields.
• 3-5+ years of managing a team of direct reports.
• Proven ability to maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20-30% annually.
