Job summary

Riot Games in Los Angeles seeks a strategic Program Manager to scale how Riot develops, manages, and activates regional brand partnerships. You will lead end-to-end processes, coordinate with RPPLs, BD, and cross-functional teams, and drive timelines, governance, and performance with senior leadership oversight.

You will manage regional opportunities, align with global strategy, and oversee activations for major events and Esports initiatives while reporting on pipeline health and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or similar is a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional, regional brand partnership programs.
• Strong executive communication and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional brand partnership operating process with stakeholders.
• Establish frameworks, milestones and decision points for regional deals.
• Coordinate across regions, contracts, activation, and measurement.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on pipeline and risks.
