Job summary
Parloa, a leader in agentic AI for customer experience, is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager for Eastern Europe. You will build and scale the partner ecosystem, shape regional strategy with EMEA leadership, and drive co-selling, referrals and implementation wins.
Based in Germany (Berlin or Munich preferred) or remote within the region, you will own the partner engine behind Parloa's expansion. You bring 8+ years of partner management in SaaS or AI, a deep network of enterprise
Qualifications
- 8+ years in partner management or channel sales in SaaS/AI.
- Proven ability to build partner programs from scratch.
- Strong network of enterprise decision-makers in Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities
- Identify, sign, and grow service partners across Eastern Europe.
- Lead joint GTM with partners to drive co-selling and referrals.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to align partner priorities.
