We're looking for a Senior Partner Sales Manager - Commerce to join our team in the United States in a hybrid working mode. This is a 100% hunter/seller role reporting into the sales organization - not a partner alliance/channel management position.
In this role, you will combine an entrepreneurial sales mindset with partner-driven growth strategies. Your core responsibility will be to carry a quota and deliver measurable revenue through both new-logo acquisition and partner-sourced or influenced opportunities. You will build and nurture senior executive relationships across the commerce platform ecosystem, co-develop routes to market and position EPAM as a preferred partner for enterprise-level digital transformation programs.

Salary range: $175,000-$200,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
