EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager - Content (Adobe & Sitecore) to lead partner-driven revenue in a hybrid role across the United States.
You will own a quota, drive new logos, and cultivate senior executive relationships with Adobe and Sitecore to position EPAM as a preferred partner for enterprise digital transformation. You will manage the full sales cycle, co-develop routes to market, and execute joint go-to-market campaigns to deliver measurable pipeline results.

In this role, you will combine an entrepreneurial sales mindset with partner-driven growth strategies. Your core responsibility will be to carry a quota and deliver measurable revenue through both new-logo acquisition and partner-sourced or influenced opportunities. You will build and nurture senior executive relationships across the Adobe and Sitecore ecosystem, co-develop routes to market and position EPAM as a preferred partner for enterprise-level digital transformation programs.

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $175,000-$200,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
