Qualifications

• 3+ years of Intuit experience and knowledge of Intuit products.
• Experience delivering readiness, enablement, or change programs.
• Strong writing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to translate designs into adopted practices and materials.
• Willingness to travel ~ quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of partner-readiness materials for CS teams.
• Translate product changes into role-based learning content and guides.
• Build readiness plans with milestones, channels, and owners.
• Coordinate with Product, Enablement, and subject-matter experts.
• Deliver enablement and maintain current materials.
• Capture feedback to close knowledge gaps and improve content.
