Job summary

Amazon’s Alexa Connections team seeks a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own the strategy for building an ecosystem of communications partners on Alexa+. You will bridge product, engineering, and business goals, shaping platform capabilities and partner onboarding.

You will collaborate with partners to define hero use cases, measure adoption, and advocate for investments that grow the 3P developer ecosystem while delivering trusted experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product or program management or related tech fields.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization.
• Strong ability to advocate for a variety of customers and stakeholders.
• 5+ years building profitable partner ecosystems.
• Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationships: Build deep, trust-based relationships with communications partners — understanding their roadmap, technical constraints, and business goals to identify mutual wins
• Product strategy and hero Use Cases: Co-create a compelling product strategy and align on hero use cases with partners that showcase what's possible when their platform meets Alexa+
• Seamless Onboarding: Own the end-to-end partner onboarding experience — reducing time-to-integration and removing friction so partners can go live on Alexa+ as fast as possible
• Drive to Success: Partner closely with communications platforms post-launch to drive adoption, measure impact, and iterate toward shared success metrics
• Internal Partnerships: Partner within engineering teams within Alexa to define integration points, APIs, and platform capabilities that enable seamless 3P developer experiences
• Partner Summits & Advocacy: Represent Amazon at partner summits to attract new communications partners and grow the developer ecosystem on Alexa+
