They offer products and services that allow customers to oversee time tracking, procurement, employee data, financial accounting, and expense management at anytime and anywhere. They continue to offer enterprise-level software solutions for financial management, human resources, and planning. Their proven methodology, expertise, community, tools, and education help ensure your organization’s success.

Our Customer is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support and grow their strategic partnerships. This role is onsite in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key strategic partners to understand their unique marketing priorities, identify co-marketing opportunities, and develop differentiated marketing plans
  • Collaborate with partners on content strategy, including webinars, blogs, digital presence, social amplification, event participation, and customer stories.
  • Align partner-led marketing activities with overarching marketing calendar
  • Assist partner with development of differentiated messaging frameworks based on foundational partnership value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including partner management, product marketing, demand generation, and partner sales to ensure effective execution of partner marketing programs.
  • Support company-focused field events, sponsorships, and customer programs where partner engagement is strategic.
  • Track and measure the success of strategic partner marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure messaging alignment and integration of partner offerings into broader initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B demand generation—ideally in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience working with strategic partnerships in either B2B or B2C marketing organizations.
  • Strong storytelling, content development, and campaign management skills.
  • Excellent project management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Strategic thinker who proactively takes action, executes quickly and is able to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Passion for workplace well-being and creating human-centered business outcomes.
