The Headlines

Associate Marketing Manager Non-Alc Shopper Marketing is part of the MCBC Non-Alc Marketing Activation Team. The role is accountable for leading the development, communication, and evaluation of brand-specific programming and channel-specific solutions rooted in brand, consumer, and channel insights. These solutions should be easy to execute for our sales, distributor, and retail partners, and must drive value and sales for our customers, distributors, and our company.

Job Summary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop shopper solutions based on insights and brand fundamentals to connect with consumers. Stay informed on category, shopper, and consumer trends in non-alc.
  • Manage status meetings with external agencies, from developing briefs to providing creative feedback. Collaborate with MCBC Americas Studio on project inputs, feedback, and final deliverables.
  • Develop engaging sell stories and solutions rooted in shopper insights to produce best-in-class programming across the portfolio for effective execution.
  • Gather feedback from customer and field teams during program development and keep them informed of final plans. Ensure effective execution of programs.
  • Analyze and present business results for programs and brands (e.g., volume, share, distribution) to inform future strategies.
  • Support NA Customer and Field Marketing efforts, including travel for on-site activation of events, trade shows, and market blitzes.
Other Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing/sales with high-profile CPG brands, including managing channel/retail programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-3 years industry experience acceptable.
  • Ability to manage complex projects quickly, understanding business priorities.
  • Proven success managing creative processes with agencies and integrating insights from brand and stakeholders.
  • Financial and business analysis skills, including data retrieval and analysis.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Accountability and integrity in results.
  • Interest in gaining broad experience across Shopper, Customer, Field, and Partner marketing. Self-starters with a desire to learn daily.

Pay and Benefits

We are committed to fair and equitable pay. The total rewards package includes a salary range of $92,100.00 to $120,900.00 (posting salary range) plus a 10% target short-term incentive, approximately $23,000 on average in benefits, and paid time off including holidays, vacation, and sick days.

The posted salary range is our good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Final pay depends on factors like work location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
