The One PEP Media Team is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Associate Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative marketing environment. The Associate Media Manager will provide paid media guidance to internal marketing teams, leading brand media execution, developing processes for campaign management, and collaborating with Marketing Sciences to measure and optimize media impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead data-driven paid media strategies to optimize short-term ROI and long-term brand growth.
- Act as media lead for Jack Links and Marias Gamesa, supporting campaign execution for Doritos, Cheetos, and Tostitos.
- Support growth categories like Macro Snacks, Hispanic Business Unit, and Away from Home.
- Develop and implement media planning processes, analyze performance, and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure integrated media planning.
- Contribute to media analytics, training, and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media; Master’s preferred.
- 3-4 years of relevant marketing/media experience, including 2+ years in media planning and execution.
- Passion for digital media, data-driven marketing, and emerging trends.
- Strong communication, collaboration, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $89,000 - $149,000, based on experience and location.
- Performance bonus, paid time off, health benefits, retirement plans, and more.
