Expect leadership in national matters, complex claims, and high-stakes litigation for insurers. Active Texas bar admission and senior counsel or partner readiness are required, with a track record in EUOs, investigations, and trial readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated insurance coverage experience, with emphasis on first-party commercial property.
• Partner or Senior Counsel with proven capabilities to independently manage a complex caseload.
• Strong record in coverage litigation, EUOs, investigations and trial work.

Responsibilities

• National Practice Management: lead and manage first-party commercial property coverage matters nationally.
• Evaluate high-value claims including large fire losses, business interruption and related claims.
• Oversee arson and fraud investigations and EUOs of insureds and witnesses.
• Drive coverage litigation from inception through trial for carriers in state and federal courts.
