• Proven track record in coverage litigation, EUOs, investigations and trial readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead national first-party commercial property coverage matters on a national scale.
• Analyze high-value property losses, including large-scale fire losses and business interruption.
• Oversee arson and fraud investigations and related fact-finding.
• Regularly conduct EUOs of insureds and key witnesses.
• Drive coverage litigation from inception through trial for carriers.
