Aufgaben

• National Practice Management: Lead and manage first-party commercial property coverage matters on a national scale.
• Complex Claims Evaluation: Analyze high-value commercial property losses, including large-scale fire losses, casualty events, business interruption, and commercial dishonesty claims.
• Fact-Finding & Investigations: Oversee and participate in complex arson and fraud investigations.
• Examinations Under Oath: Regularly conduct detailed Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) of insureds and key witnesses.
• Litigation & Trial Work: Drive strategic coverage litigation from inception through trial, representing carriers in federal and state courts.
