Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles for program analysis and evaluation.
• Knowledge of DoD cyber policy, program goals and objectives and how milestones affect goals.
• Knowledge of protocol, precedence, funding, military ceremonies and traditions.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, manages, and provides oversight of the DC3 Partner Engagement Program.
• Represents DC3 as Senior Legislative Liaison for sensitive congressional engagements.
• Performs supervisory personnel management for employees in the Partner Engagement Division.
• Serves as the DC3 principal advisor for protocol duties and air force protocol-related policies.
