Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager for NAMER + US Public Sector to translate our partner strategy into regional execution and own the primary relationships with channel and delivery partners across North America.
You will collaborate with Channel Sales, Enablement, RevOps, Legal, and Marketing to drive joint account planning, pipeline acceleration, and regional go-to-market strategies while expanding partner-driven revenue.
We’re looking for a Senior Partner Development Manager - NAMER + US Public Sector to join Procore’s Partner Strategy & Ops Organization. In this role, you’ll translate our global partner strategy into regional execution, serving as the primary relationship owner to build and scale a partner-driven revenue engine. Your primary goal will be to own, activate, and grow high-value channel and delivery partners while collaborating with sales to unlock new market opportunities across North America and the US Public Sector.
As a Senior Partner Development Manager - NAMER + US Public Sector, you’ll partner with Channel Sales, Enablement, RevOps, Legal, and Marketing to align regional growth strategies, conduct joint account planning, and drive pipeline acceleration. Use your commercial acumen, executive relationship skills, and deep ecosystem expertise to scale partner-generated revenue and influence global partner programs. Join a high-impact team expanding our footprint across key commercial and government sectors.
This position reports into the VP of Channel Partners and can be based remotely in the US, with Austin, TX preferred. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
160,000.00 - 220,000.00 USD Annual
