Job summary
Seattle Bank seeks a Senior Credit & Partnerships Analyst to own credit analysis, deal structuring, and commercial execution for partner banking opportunities in our downtown Seattle office. This full-time role partners with the Head of Partnerships to translate opportunities into actionable terms and ensure risk-mitigated agreements.
You will build financial models, draft LOIs and term sheets, coordinate diligence, and monitor portfolio performance within credit and capital deployment
Qualifications
- 7+ years in credit analysis or commercial deal work
- 3+ years in commercial lending or partnership/product structuring
- Experience building financial models and evaluating credit risk
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, LOIs, term sheets)
- Knowledge of capital markets, warehouse facilities and secondary market programs preferred
Responsibilities
- Screen and perform initial credit analysis for prospective partnerships
- Develop and recommend transaction structures (loan purchases, pools, securitizations)
- Build financial models and NPV/ROI analyses to support deal recommendations
- Lead negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements (LOIs, term sheets, purchase agreements)
- Monitor partner performance and support portfolio management and reporting
