TRC Worldwide Engineering is seeking a seasoned Architect to grow our parking discipline across major East Coast markets. The role encompasses concept through construction documentation, design leadership, and coordination with engineers and consultants.

Travel to client meetings is required; based in major cities such as Nashville, Philadelphia or Atlanta, with a focus on delivering high-quality, code-compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with degree from an accredited program.
• 10+ years of parking design, layout, and site planning.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes and construction detailing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural projects aligned with client needs.
• Lead architectural deliverables from concept to construction documents.
• Collaborate with engineers and professionals to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Perform construction administration tasks including RFIs, submittals, field reports, and punch lists.
