Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager in Cincinnati, OH to oversee 24/7 parking operations at assigned locations. You will support the Project Manager, lead location teams, and ensure service excellence while managing staff and daily finances.

The role emphasizes supervisory leadership, payroll coordination, and opening new locations, with a strong focus on client relations and revenue optimization. A vehicle and 2+ years driving plus supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience desirable.
• 1+ years in Management or Supervisory role.
• Experience leading a group of 10-20 individuals.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and General Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead location team to achieve annual objectives and align with LAZ culture.
• Complete daily tasks in the absence of frontline staff.
• Identify high-potential employees to support growth.
• Assist Project Manager with payroll time entries and scheduling.
• Open and set up new locations.
• Manage location budgets and expenses; optimize staffing and operational costs.
• Develop client relationships and support business retention.
• Prepare operational and financial reports regularly.
• Maximize revenue and customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Supervise and direct Team Leaders and frontline staff.
• Implement projects and initiatives at assigned locations.
• Coordinate with police and emergency teams for daily operations.
