Dezerland Park Orlando in Orlando, FL seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead daily operations across attractions, food & beverage, events, and facilities on the floor.

You will coach supervisors, support onboarding, and uphold safety and guest service standards while driving efficiency. This hands-on role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a collaborative culture focused on unforgettable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in amusement parks or high-volume entertainment venues.
• Experience supervising a team and managing daily operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across attractions, F&B, retail, and events.
• Model and enforce guest service standards on the floor.
• Coach supervisors and team members; assist onboarding and training.
• Support safety checks, maintenance follow-up, and facility upkeep.
• Assist with labor scheduling and cost-aware operations.
