Job summary

Dezer Development is seeking a Full Time Transportation Support at Dezerland Park Orlando. The role assists with loading and unloading materials, supports movement of trams and park vehicles, and helps maintain safe operations during peak hours.

Outdoor work is required, with ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods. You will collaborate with drivers, maintenance, and security teams, and must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in general labor, transportation, or amusement park operations is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Support movement and setup of trams, carts, and park vehicles.
• Perform basic vehicle and equipment checks; report maintenance needs.
• Direct guest and employee flow during peak transportation hours.
• Set up and take down barricades, signage, and temporary transportation routes.
• Keep transportation loading zones, vehicle areas, and pathways clean and hazard-free.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Provide assistance during special events, park openings/closings, and emergencies.
• Work collaboratively with drivers, maintenance, and security teams.
